Welcome to Valley Vibes Vendor Fest ’26, a community-centered vendor experience hosted by Dukes & Co. and created to give small businesses, entrepreneurs, makers, bakers, food vendors, and creatives an opportunity to showcase their brands, connect with customers, network with other business owners, and grow their visibility within the community.

What began with 17 vendors at our very first Valley Vibes Vendor Fest has continued to grow into a network of 40+ local vendors and entrepreneurs—and counting!

Whether this is your first vendor event or you're an experienced business owner, we invite you to bring your brand, your products, and your passion to Valley Vibes.

Available 2026 Vendor Fest dates may be selected when registering.

VENDOR SPACE OPTIONS

Artisanal, Handcrafted & Baking Vendors — $25
Includes one 10x10 vendor space.

Food Trucks & Hot Food Vendors — $50

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tent/canopy, displays, signage, and other materials necessary for their setup unless otherwise stated.

Valley Vibes is about more than setting up a table for one Saturday.

We're building community. We're building relationships. We're supporting entrepreneurship. And we're creating opportunities.

Dukes & Co. is intentionally growing a network of local entrepreneurs and small businesses that we can stay connected with as future opportunities become available.

Every event is another opportunity for someone new to discover your business.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

Vendor spaces are limited and are not secured until registration and payment have been completed. To maintain a diverse shopping experience, availability for similar businesses or product categories may be limited.

Vendor fees reserve your 10x10 space for the selected event date.

Vendor registration cancellations and event changes

Your registration reserves a space for the event date you select. If you cancel, cannot attend, or do not show up, your registration fee is non-refundable, and you cannot change your registration to another date or transfer it to another vendor.

If Valley Vibes cancels your event date because of bad weather or another unforeseen event or situation, you may transfer your registration to an available future Valley Vibes Vendor Fest date. Registration fees will not be refunded, except where required by law.

For Shopify, I would make the product title “Valley Vibes Vendor Fest ’26 | Vendor Registration” and create variants for Event Date and Vendor Type so vendors select the correct date and either the $25 or $50 space before checkout.
